PROCESS
How the work runs
Eight steps. The first and the last matter more than the middle: they decide whether the work was needed at all.
-
01
Question
We state what exactly is unclear. Not "we need a site" but "why do people leave on the second screen".
-
02
Context
We look at what surrounds the task: audience, constraints, the history of decisions already tried.
-
03
Research
We gather facts and keep them apart from interpretations. This is where the task statement most often changes.
-
04
Direction
We choose one solution and explain what we give up. The refusal is written down.
-
05
Design
We build a system: typography, grid, states, components. Not screen pictures but the rules behind them.
-
06
Development
We build so it can be maintained without us. Accessibility and speed are part of the work, not a separate service.
-
07
Launch
We ship, verify on real devices and hand control to the team.
-
08
Result
We look at what changed and write it down. The next question usually grows from here.
