Status of the site

qvorix-blog.ru is the public layer of QVORIX studio. Materials are informational and research in nature. They are not an offer, nor legal, financial or other professional advice.

Rights to materials

Texts, design and site structure belong to QVORIX studio unless stated otherwise. Quotation is allowed to the extent justified by its purpose, with attribution and an active link to the original material. Full copying without written permission is not allowed.

Third-party materials

Some publications analyse the work of other authors. In such cases the author, title, platform and date are stated, and a direct link to the original is given where possible. The position of the source and the position of QVORIX are always separated. We do not republish third-party materials in full.

Rights holder requests

If you believe a material infringes your rights, write to us through the form or Telegram — the procedure is on the "Rights holders" page. We review substantiated requests and remove or correct the material if the infringement is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

We try to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee the absence of errors. External links lead to resources we do not control.

Law

The legislation of the Russian Federation applies unless the law provides otherwise.

How to reach us

Any request — a general question, a legal enquiry, a rights holder claim or a correction to a material — is accepted through one of the two channels below. The studio has no other addresses.

Rights holder requests are handled the same way regardless of channel: we confirm receipt, check the grounds and report the decision.
